Von Argon Kocibellinj, Mitbegründer der Hilfsorganisation VIZION O.J.F (www.vizionojf.org) wurden wir in Shkoder, Albanien herzlich empfangen. Argon fuhr uns mit seinem Auto vor und wir haben nach vier Stunden traumhafter Landschaft über Berge und Täler die Stadt Peshkopi erreicht. Argon war ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat für uns einen bewachten Parkplatz, ein feines Hotel und ein traditionelles albanisches Essen organisiert.
Am nächsten Morgen trafen wir Suela Kocibellinj, die Gründerin der Hilfsorganisation. Mit Suela haben wir im Vorfeld das ganze Projekt Schule Bllice in Albanien organisiert. Wir fuhren gemeinsam zur Schule in Bllice und trafen auf viele leuchtende Kinderaugen. Der Einladung zum Besuch der Schulklassen und Besichtigung der gesamten Schulanlage folgten wir gerne. Dabei haben wir die Albanien-Hilfsgüter wie Kinderkleider, Spielsachen, Schulmaterial und einen Check im Wert von CHF 3’333.- übergeben. Als Dankeschön hat die Mädchentanzgruppe für uns zwei traditionelle Tänze vorgeführt. Der Hilfsorganisation VIZION O.J.F haben wir auch unsere 3 Anhänger überlassen, da ihnen in speziellen Situationen wie Hochwasser, Erdbeben oder vor Jahren während des Krieges es immer an Transportkapazitäten fehlt.
Die gesamte Region im District Diber scheint wie vor 50 Jahren stehen geblieben zu sein. So auch die Schule in Bllice. Der Vorplatz wie auch die Aussenansicht der Schule ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Klassenzimmer sind spartanisch oder gar nicht eingerichtet. Die Wandtafeln sind nicht mehr schön Schwarz, und es kann kaum mehr darauf geschrieben werden. Die Toiletten stehen im Freien und sind in einem desolaten Zustand resp. defekt und unbenützbar.
